SUNDAY, JANUARY 4th, 10pm.  This is super important and unfortunately I can't make exceptions.  Please submit all orders by the ordering deadline.  The entire school's orders are submitted together, which keeps your costs low.  Please try to complete your order a few days prior to the deadline so I have time to answer questions if they come up.  Any purchased digitals MUST be downloaded by this date or the link will expire.  Once the gallery expires, it automatically locks the digital downloads out.

You can find the packages in two places. One is at the top right corner of your child’s album. Click on the “Buy Package” button to see all the options. After selecting a package, you will then be able to choose the image(s) for that package by following the directions on the screen. You can also find packages by clicking directly on the image that you would like to purchase, then choosing the “Buy Photo” button in the top right corner. From this view you will be able to see ALL of the other products available for purchase.

IMPORTANT:  When ordering the Montessori Gold Package, the gallery will guide you through selecting your photos.  When it asks you to add the class photo, unless you have first saved your class photo to your "favorites" album, you will have to navigate back out to the class photo gallery and choose the appropriate photo.  The quickest way to do this is to click the back arrow icon on the top left.  You will then navigate back to your child's gallery or your "favorites" folder to make your remaining selections. 

ONLY in the "Montessori Gold" Package.  The other packages include one pose per package.  You will receive a FREE 8x10 class photo with Montessori Gold.  When you are building this package, only the class photo can be added to the "FREE 8x10 class photo" spot.  If you add one of your child's images, it will AUTOMATICALLY be swapped out for a class photo.

YES!  I encourage it.  Please be aware that there is a DEEP discount if your order your child's full gallery.  Basically, you can get the whole gallery for the same price as 3 individual photos...it's a steal!

You are welcome to order digital files and print them yourself, but I can only guarantee professional quality prints from my lab, as the files are calibrated based on my monitor and lab settings.  What you see on your screen is not necessarily what I see on mine.

You will receive a FREE printed 8x10 class photo with the "Montessori Gold" package.  Otherwise, a la carte class photos can be found in the "class photos" tab in your class gallery.  Click on your class photo, click "buy photo," then click "class photo only" to order.  You will be able to order an 8x10 print ONLY.  Please do not try to order another size or a digital copy.  I will have to cancel your order after it is placed.

Please do not order the digital file of the class photo.  This is for privacy reasons.  If you order your child's FULL GALLERY of digital images the class photo will not be included.

Within your gallery and cart, most items allow you to select your image crop, but some don't.  Please pay attention to any square or 8x10 crops as your image may be cut off.  As the photographer, I will adjust and approve all final crops, so don't worry.  If there is a particular or artistic crop you are trying to achieve, please leave me a note when you checkout in the "add notes to studio" section, so I don't overlook your preferred cropping.  Please DO NOT rotate horizontal and vertical photos.  They were meant to remain in their original orientation and rotating them compromises the quality of the final product.  They will be rotated back, so please don't do this.

Yes, BUT please know that if they place an order, it will NOT be shipped to them, no matter what the order form says.  ALL ORDERS will be shipped to me and hand delivered to the school.  You will be responsible for shipping out to relatives.  PLEASE be sure they know this before placing an order during the bulk order period.  As another option, after gallery expiration, galleries will be re-opened for direct-ship individual orders, with additional costs applied.

NOTE: All products will be shipped to me and hand delivered to your school for pickup.  There is a deeply discounted flat rate bulk shipping fee of $1.95, no matter how large your order is.

Digital orders will be delivered immediately via email - you’ll receive a link to download and save the images.  Please download right away, as the downloads expire when orders are due.  Prints will be shipped to me within approximately 1-3 weeks of gallery expiration and hand delivered to your school for pick-up.

My photos seem bright on my screen, why?  To optimize viewing on your computer or other screen, please set brightness levels to 50% of max.  These photos are edited for print and calibrated with my photo lab.  Printed photos will always look darker because your digital copies are backlit and appear brighter.

If you would like your photos retouched to remove small scratches, clean up snotty noses or get rid of random lint, you may purchase additional retouching per photo.  If you purchase digitals, your initial download will not be retouched.  I will send you a link to another digital image after I have had a chance to retouch the photos.  If you order retouching, your prints and other items will be retouched as well as the digitals.
